Test Manager


Duties/Responsibilities

You will:

  • Manage, mentor and develop a small team of Test Analysts.
  • Review current procedures and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain new strategies, procedures and test documentation to support the busy System Test team and promote consistency.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, representing the System Test team within project and BAU software development lifecycles.
  • Configure and maintain in-house system testing application environments.


Experience/Skills

You must:

  • have at least 3 years of proven experience in Test Management.
  • be flexible, proactive, and able to work in a small team or on your own initiative.
  • be able to work within a highly charged, often pressurized environment.
  • have good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • be PC literate - preferably MS Word, MS Access, MS Excel.
  • have experience of developing and implementing new procedures and test-related documentation.

Experience within Financial Services and of SWIFT, CHAPS Euro and Sterling, BACS, Crest/CGO, Fedwire or CHIPS would be an advantage.

Salary and conditions

£50,000 - £55,000 p.a. depending on experience, plus paid overtime and annual performance bonus.

Permanent position located near London Bridge, 35 hour week, 25 days annual leave.
